High-risk activity has many common elements whether the field is aviation, manufacturing, construction, power generation, oil and gas, steel, or any other occupation with heavy equipment and fast spinning parts. Odie believes the lessons of a career aviator (military and commercial) can be applied to any high-risk field and that the highly trained “fighter pilots” of your organization can benefit from the same lessons that keep actual fighter pilots alive to fight another day.

After losing his brother in a tragic airplane accident, Odie has made it his mission to carry the message of leadership and responsible activity to any person anywhere the work can be dangerous.
